We’ve gotten a lot of feedback from our customers and confusion that they don’t have an option on the tip line. The 17% tip suggestion is way too high. And it’s not easy to see that you can change it. It would really be helpful if you made it more obvious that you could put in your own amount, or less than the 17%. It’s one reason we would consider switching from Zeffy because we lose people when they get to that point of making a purchase.
