I want my members to benefit from special ticket prices by having their membership automatically detected when they land on the form.

Its really needed for running member specific campaigns and tickets. Its takes lot of manual efforts to go an validate the purchaser is whether a valid member or not. As we're still transitioning from our legacy membership portal to Zeffy based. It adds even more complexity in validating whether the purchaser had selected the correct ticket and the membership details.

Member only Events

We run our entire membership through zeffy so we would like the ability to provide links and tickets that are only available to them. This would mean the system would only allow members that show within zeffy membership to purchased event tickets or for member only priced tickets. The trust and honesty system isnt working and we have non-members scamming the system.

Auto Membership Discount

When people sign up for a membership they get a membership number. I want to be able to have them use that membership number to get discounts on future campaigns without having to manually input each one as a discount code.

Automatically Applied Discounts for Members

Our members receive discounts on events, merch, and other things based on their membership type. Would love a feature where the appropriate discount is automatically applied if they use the email associated with their membership

I also need a way to offer event tickets that are complimentary for annual members but non-members pay a nominal fee. Currently the only way to do this is offer a free ticket type for members and double-check member cards at the event, wasting valuable time.

Absolutely. We offer our events free for our monthly members, and right now the only way to acheive this is to manually change the discount code on the confirmation email every month, which will fast become a problem if someone registers a day before we changed it for the next month or if our admin is late in changing the code.

I agree. This would be especially useful for my theatre's Season Ticket Holders, who pay an annual subscription and receive one ticket to each show for free.
I wish the Membership had an option to automatically generate a custom Discount Code that will allow Members (in our case, Season Ticket Holders) to reserve a date from the normal campaign pages vs. having to contact us to place a reservation.

This is one of the biggest hurdles keeping us from being able to migrate to Zeffy 100% today. We need member ticket pricing, free tickets for members, and a way to limit the number of discounted or free tickets they get per membership period (month or year). If this capability were implemented, it would make Zeffy work for us, as we have events 3-4 times per week and Membership is a big part of our model.

Membership event ticket pricing only selectable by active members

We have events where our members are able to purchase a ticket at a lower price than non-members. It would be nice if the active membership status in Zeffy was connected to event tickets in a way that only members can purchase membership rate tickets. This might mean members would have to login to their account before they can view membership rate tickets or for their email to be recognized in the system as attached to an active membership purchase. Right now we have to manually check tickets purchased at the membership rate in the contacts purchase history and then reach out to that person to ask them to buy a membership if they have not done so.

We would like only members of our Org to be able to register for an Event. Before registering , we want to check their membership.
