Why can't I modify a user's expiration date? I am attempting a migration from a different service, and in order to re-capture their information and credit card I would like to pro-rate their existing membership in Zeffy.

Annual subscriptions paid offline should expire one year after the payment date, not one year after payment is received

I would love to see the ability for us to set a custom membership renewal period. We have our members renew every 2 years that goes along with our major event. This would make keeping and renewing members so much easier.

Agree. Zeffy is not a membership software if organizations have no flexibility in setting up member renewal options to suit their needs, whether it be seasonal, quarterly, any number of selected years, lifetime, or a special gift with a range of time.

We need all memberships purchased to expire in October when our fiscal year resets. Also, I do NOT want it sending out a reminder email for them to fill out the same form, because we do prorated costs if people join partway into the year, and we do not want them paying a prorated cost for a full year's membership. I want the form setup to give me an option to automatically remind people on a specific date or turn it off completely. I do not want it sending out automatic emails without my express permission.

I have a lot of older users, and this automatic email being sent out is going to confuse the goodness sakes out of them.

Yes, we have memberships offered at 2 years & 5 years. This would be very helpful!
