This is the number one request I get from our donors/members. Searching for an email or having it not be on their phone because they don't keep enough email history on their phone while they're trying to check in is frustrating for them and it slows our check-in.

For people who are less comfortable with technology, it would be one less thing to learn, because it is similar to other applications!

Yes this is def useful for when you are hosting events they buyer can easily pull up their ticket to be scanned at the door vs. juggling through their emails to find the ticket, esp for tickets purchased way in advance of the event.
