In the store, the delivered needs to have other options like processing or shipped so that when it notifies the customer, they know what step they are in.

It would be wonderful if Zeffy had a shipping integration with USPS or UPS so customers could purchase shipping with their items.
- Area it affects: campaigns
- We would like to be able to calculate and charge shipping for items purchased in a campaign.
- Ideally, customers could choose a pickup or shipping option, just like most other e-commerce websites. If they select the shipping option, they enter their address and the cost of shipping is calculated and added to their total (based on an origin shipping address we set in our org settings).
What happens today is we have to add a "shipping" item to our campaign's list of items and we use the "pay what you can" option and ask customers to guess how much shipping should cost to send their purchase.

Being able to have the tax for our on-line store calculated for purchases would be very helpful! There would also need to be a way to eliminate state taxes if the purchaser lives out of state. Also having the capability to calculate shipping costs for an online store purchase would also be helpful.

We really need to have a way to offer either multiple shipping options (and we provide the pricing for each option) OR we need to have a feature that simply makes shipping a mandatory item at check out and we enter the different shipping choices as a product. Right now we can add shipping as a product but do not have a way to require someone to purchase shipping prior to checking out or being able to check out.

This would be very helpful to us. A simple option would be to have a field that we can enter any amount into. We could calculate shipping separately and enter the amount into the form.

I would love to see a separate field in each item for shipping cost to separate shipping cost from the price of the item in the itemized receipt. Even better would be an option to add shipping costs to an entire order and allow them to pay for that. Right now, our options are either to have shipping cost included in the price of the items (not as desirable because it makes the items "feel" more expensive), or to have "shipping costs" as it's own item in the store that customers have to also add to their cart prior to checking out. The latter solution while preferred risks getting complicated, especially if someone forgets to add their shipping.

Online stores need to have the ability to have shipping calculated and added to the final price for customers. We need the ability to have different shipping costs for different delivery addresses, and package contents/number of products purchased. This would be hugely beneficial as the current setup only allows for a seperate shipping "item" to be added to the cart.
