Currently, there is no way to send a Contact their membership confirmation email and attached membership card if they've paid via cash or check. We need to be able to digitally send membership cards to Contacts whose membership payments are entered manually into Zeffy. Even if a membership payment is recorded on someone's contact profile later, we should still be able to send them the membership confirmation email and card.
