Add thermometer to donation form OR hide donor donation list from donation campaign / P2P

Currently, if I create a donation campaign with a thermometer, it will automatically show the list of donors on the form. Vice versa, if I create a donation form without the list of donors publically visible, that means I don't have access to a thermometer.

It would be great to be able to add a thermometer to a donation form or to hide the list of donors from a donation campaign.

PLEASE enable this feature. Being able to track $ total without forcing everyone to reveal their donation amounts would greatly increase participation for our donors. It's totally unnecessary to tie the campaign total to the donor list even with anonymous names. It's my biggest complaint about Zeffy.
