Some membership applications require supporting documents (e.g. for a family membership, we require proof of age for the children and proof of address to show that the adults are living in the same household). This is not supported on Zeffy, so we have members email us those documents separately to be reviewed by us. It would be great if the membership form allowed the upload of supporting documents where required for membership applications.

I would be nice for buyers/registrants to upload a photo of themselves or a document as one of the questions that are asked of them.

Not being able to allow donors on our online store to be able to upload a from is the one thing that is stopping me from completing my Zeffy set up.

Image/File Upload Question on Forms

For custom questions on shop forms, would love the option for file uploads!! We have some items that require file uploads and right now, our only solution is to send buyers to another form

Upload file option in form - for business sponsors logos

We want to reach out to businesses and have them "sponsor" our organization. We plan to put their logo on our website and t shirts. It would be cool to have a "upload file" question type on the donation form. That way, they could make their donation and immediately upload their logo file. We wouldn't have to follow up with them so it would take work away from us and really prove to them that we are going to use their logo. Thank you for the consideration!

I agree with this. We do a slideshow and tracking down pictures is a nightmare. We put an upload link there , but people ignore it. It would be helpful if they could be uploaded when they answer the ticket question about participating.

An image upload that can be added to order forms has many uses. I cancelled a form for a Veteran Banner Sponsorship program, because I could not include an image upload (in this case for the veteran's photo) with the order.
Wearing another hat, for a Kiwanis Club, we'd like to use Zeffy for a program sponsorship by local companies and would like to allow them to upload their logo with their sponsorship. In one case, for use on T-Shirts for a 5k/10K charity run and in another case, for promoting a raffle of restaurant gift card packages.
There probably hundreds of other examples your customers could provide. If the concern is memory and storage. You could do one of two things:
1.) Once the customer downloads the image from Zeffy to their computer, it is marked for removal after something like 14 days.
2.) Once a form is closed, all related images/uploads will be deleted after XXX days.
