Some membership applications require supporting documents (e.g. for a family membership, we require proof of age for the children and proof of address to show that the adults are living in the same household). This is not supported on Zeffy, so we have members email us those documents separately to be reviewed by us. It would be great if the membership form allowed the upload of supporting documents where required for membership applications.

We’d love to see Zeffy expand into a full-featured team registration platform similar to Sports Connect. Specifically, we’re requesting:
Team Registration Support: Allow families to register multiple athletes at once under a single account.
File Uploads: Let users securely upload required documents (e.g., birth certificate, physicals, report cards) directly during or after registration.
Waiver Integration: Allow organizations to attach and collect digital signatures on custom waivers (e.g., concussion forms, media release).
Built-in Payment Plans: Enable flexible payment options with auto-scheduled installments, including ability to apply discount codes or financial aid.
These features would make Zeffy a powerful all-in-one solution for youth sports organizations managing seasonal registration.

We are running fundraisers and are asking for sponsorships. This includes a logo that sponsors will submit to us to be featured on our signage. If I have the sponsorship page through zeffy, I'd love for them to be able to just send me a file through Zeffy and not have to add the second step of emailing to us or me reaching out to them. I really appreciate Zeffy and was thrilled to see there are membership capabilities. Our organisation, Motive Social CIC offers a completely free membership to access exclusive event discounts, to tackle loneliness, isolation and social exclusion.
However, as our organisation prioritises member safety, trust and transparency, all members need to submit a photo as part of their application process.
Please could Zeffy kindly consider adding the ability for users to upload their photo when they are applying for memberships and have these be automatically added to membership cards, as well as the donor contacts / database? That would be perfect! Thanks!

Good morning,
We are currently using the Zeffy platform to manage memberships for our non-profit organization (NPO).
As part of the membership of our members, we must collect certain legal documents (e.g. signed forms, declarations, certificates, etc.) in order to be able to validate and officially approve their membership.
Currently, we cannot find a feature that allows members to upload PDF documents directly during the membership process, which complicates the administrative follow-up and compliance of our files.
So we want to know:
whether it is currently possible, or if there are plans in the short or medium term, to add a document upload section (PDF) in the membership form, in order to:
- centralize information,
- avoid sending by email,
- ensure that all required documents are received before the validation of the membership.
This feature would be essential for several NPOs with legal or regulatory obligations similar to ours.
