Great news — this is now live! 🎉 Donors can now manage their recurring memberships and donations directly from their dashboard. They can update their payment method, adjust their Zeffy contribution, and cancel their subscription with a reason. You'll see cancellation reasons in payment notes so you can follow up if needed.

I agree. I think this is connected to enhancing what users can do when they log in (see https://simplyk.canny.io/feature-requests/p/allow-contacts-to-create-login-and-update-information, also https://simplyk.canny.io/feature-requests/p/ability-for-contacts-to-update-their-information-themselves-through-their-zeffy).

Yes! We've also had scenarios where we are asked to stop the renewal but cannot reapply a new card.
A basic link to include in the thank you email would work (and something admins can resend form the Contact's profile on request). We could also link this up to their existing member profiles on 3rd party sites to allow for ease of use.
