Make it so the credit card info and phone number is stored to make it faster for the bidders to bid. Information should be able to be autofilled, maybe a automatic bid tally/ticker so people who want to up the bid have the opportunity to increase faster...allowing the organization to raise more money.

Hi Karen! Thank you so much for leaving this request with us. This feature is already available in the auction forms - it has temporarily been de-activated because it wasn't working optimally but will be back in action soon! I am going to close this request, but if I have misunderstood your request please let me know!

Cecilia Pedersen Hi! do you have an ETA on when the auto up-bid function will be available? We have an auction coming up soon and this may determine if we use Zeffy as our Auction solution or not. Thanks!

Duane Great question! i am happy to announce the auto bid experience is back on so your donors won't have to re-enter their credit card information anymore as long as they are using the same device to bid from :)

Cecilia Pedersen thanks for the reply. I just want to confirm, besides not having to re-enter my payment information for each bid, will bidders be able to set a bid limit? example, the item opens at $5, min bid increments are $1, I set my auto bid to go up to $100. I make my first bid at $6, leave the bid site, and anytime someone outbids me, the system will auto bid for me over the last bid in the min bid increments up to my designated limit of $100, without me having to do anything?

Duane: Hi Duane! I am sorry for being unclear, when I was referring to the auto-bid experience I meant that users won't have to enter their information when placing multiple bids, as the system will remember their name and card information which allows for a smoother bidding experience. Zeffy's bidding experience does not include the option to plce an auto-bid where a person can set a bid increment or a maximum bid for their bids. Instead, bidders will receive an email when they have been outbid, then they can return to the auction and enter their new bid manually. Their information will automatically be filled out for them, but there is no option to enable auto-bids. Please don't hesitate to reply to this comment if you require more information!

Cecilia Pedersen thanks for the clarification. are there any plans for the type of auto-bid feature i described? if not, can we get one on the request list? most auction sites have this option
