This feature is vital. If we're to use this platform successfully and professionally, there needs to be a way to manage bids at least from the admin side.

This would be a huge help when offering multiple experience type items. It created a little confusion for a bidder shift to another item when the system defaulted to using the same email. we hope it did not cause us to lose the bidder on future bids

This would be a very helpful feature to have. Our workplace restricted staff and Board members from bidding but not everyone got the memo about it so now there's bids on items that shouldn't have happened.

This is very frustrating and we would rather not use Zeffy going forward for auctions if this option is not available. We are going to lose money doing the fix around because we are losing bidders.

Please add the cancel bid option ... I 'm a first user and I was testing how the auction works and now stuck with the $200 bid :(

Please include a cancel bid function for the backend at a minimum. If someone accidentally bids or If someone accidentally bids a wrong amount, no one else will bid on such a high figure, and that person will still be charged. Now we will have to fight with the CC company. Also, we live in a rural area, we must allow cash or check bids. What happens if someone thinks it is funny to place a $1,000 bid on something with a fake email address? Bidding would be stopped and we would lose a sale.

Auction ability to delete bids either from the user or admin end

The auction feature was great for executing our silent auction with the exception of one issue, not having the ability to delete a bid from either the admin side or the user side. We had an attendee bid $150 on a snack basket when he meant to apply it to a golf package and there was no way to delete his bid, I tried deleting the entire item from the auction but he still was charged and I had to refund his money. There really needs to be a way for either the bidder or at very least the admin to edit/delete bids.
