Once they've made their first payment, it's a bit tedious for the bidder to have to re-enter their information for each new bid. Only obliged them to enter it once so that the bidding process can go more quickly afterwards

Also, instead of sending an email stating that the bidder has been outbid, or that they have won, can you PLEASE use a text message instead or as well? You already have all their information and phone number, is there a way to use it?
Many people didn't continue bidding because they did not know that they were out bid because of this process. No one wants to spend the night looking at their emails to see what the new bid is. Plus, with spotty service, people kept getting kicked out of Zeffy and had to continually re-enter all their information to go back in and look.
Is it truly that hard to have their information saved so that people do not have to keep re-entering the SAME card number and email and a etc. each time????

We've added a new 'Bidder experience' so that your bidders can re-bid or make new bids without re-entering their payment information.
Once they complete their bid, they'll be invited to track their bids. They can view all their current bids, if they are top bidder or have been outbid, and easily enter an updated bid.

Nous avons ajouté une nouvelle « expérience de l'enchérisseur » afin que vos enchérisseurs puissent ré-enchérir ou faire de nouvelles offres sans avoir à saisir à nouveau leurs informations de paiement.
Une fois qu'ils ont terminé leur offre, ils sont invités à suivre leurs enchères. Ils peuvent voir toutes leurs enchères en cours, s'ils sont les meilleurs enchérisseurs ou s'ils ont fait l'objet d'une surenchère, et saisir facilement une nouvelle offre.

Rowan from Zeffy - we see this however the link either breaks or we had feedback where the browser caches data of the specific part of the form and bidder can no longer proceed with their bids. Has this also been fixed?

We lost thousands of dollars at our auction on Friday because of this flaw. We will not be using Zeffy next year as a result.

I agree. We had several disgruntled bidder who didn’t bid again b/c it was tedious. These aucitons are supposed to be fun for the event guests.
