Auction - text notification would make this so much easier for our people as some of them don't access email on their phones. We have an older crowd and we want this to be as easy as possible for them.

It would be really essential to seek additional funds for the prizes. Emails often fall into junk mail so we miss opportunities.

From selling things for auction, notifying and receiving by is a must.

While I agree that this would be awesome and is definitely needed, I hope that everyone here realizes that SMS is expensive and that Zeffy, as a donation driven platform, cannot likely subsidize the cost of that many SMS messages/transactions without imposing some kind of fee or method of payment.

I would like buyers in our auction to be able to get live text message updates if they get outbid/win/miss out on an item. Our silent auction is going on during a golf tournament, and I feel like these men are more likely to check a text message rather than an email.

Texting during our event would have helped us to raise more money. Going on the email every time to see if you have been outbid took away from socializing. The text messaging would have allowed folks to socialize while keeping the competitive bidding going. We are now also looking for another platform because of this.

Please update and add text messaging as soon as possible. Text messaging for auction bidding is extremely important. It's time consuming to do this via email. A lot of guests won't want to take the time to access their email accounts, and some may not even have email on their phones. Texting for online bidding is used by most all auction/event management platforms.

Having text notifications during the auction would very much simplify the process and encourage those who get outbid to easily be notified so they can increase bids.

I thought you had texting capabilities. I have to move to a different platform now because you do not offer this. Email will not be possible in a real time silent auction. Such a disappointment.
