We currently don't know when a donor/buyer made a typo in their email address and don't receive their confirmation email. Great news — this is now live! 🎉 You can now see the delivery status of each automated email (confirmation, reminder, etc.) directly in the payment details. You'll also find a summary of all automated emails and their status on each contact's profile page, so you can quickly tell if something bounced or was delivered.

I have the same comment. There should be a notification to the business when a donor has typed in the wrong email.

I see that there is success or failed status icon for the reminder email but can't see if my ticket holder got their initial receipt. It would be good to know if there was a bounce back right away rather than wait to get a call from a buyer and them being like "I must have spelled my email address wrong". And - it ends up I wasn't able to change their email address because I got an error saying that they were already in my contacts (which I don't think was true because I couldn't find them anywhere).

PLEASE add some sort of feature which will notify the non-profit of the email failure. This is important for a number of reasons, including supporting healthy relationships with donors. Thank you!

I just noticed that at least two of my ticket purchasers entered incorrect email addresses - one bounced back for sure; and we should have been notified.
