If we know in advance that a person will finally not be able to attend the event and they give their ticket to another person, we want to be able to change the person's information directly on the platform so that we have the information of the person present in hand.

When a ticket detail changes (name, meal option, etc), if the e-ticket is downloaded again, it will be updated with the correct detail to avoid confusion.

Need the ability to edit attendee names after purchase. This is needed if someone purchases a ticket, can not attend, but then gives it to someone else and/or if someone purchases multiple tickets but does not have all attendee names at the time of purchase. I need to be able to add the names to the additional attendees, so it doesn't read at N/A to my check-in people

Would love this feature. Many gala table purchases happen before a guest list is confirmed and a quick way to edit the names and have the purchaser see the update would be really useful.

We would also like to give the ticket purchaser the ability to update ticket question information after the point of sale. We host an annual golf tournament, and most times the purchaser doesn't know the names of all the players on their team at the time of purchase. It would be very nice to allow the donor to purchase and then allow the editing of the player info (in the custom questions) up until a specific deadline.

We are getting started with Zeffy. I successfully created a form allowing someone to purchase multiple tickets. Once purchased, it would be great if we can amend the email ticket to contain a seat number or table number. We can tell our attendees to print their tickets after their table has been assigned. If this capability is available now, please disregard this and inform me of the process. Thanks Again

We want the ability to update the recipient or user of the tickets for our events and generate new tickets with the updated information. If I update any of my attendee's tickets after the original point of sale, the newly added information will not be applied to the ticket. The new ticket does not reflect the change of the ticket owner at all. This could occur due to a ticket transfer or someone purchasing a table for 8 -10 people who still needed the names of their guests but wanted to reserve their table. I hope this makes sense.

We have a Gala, and sometimes the purchaser doesn't know the names of all their guests at the time of purchase for the table. Would be nice to allow the purchase and then allow the editing of the guests at the table all the way until a specific deadline.
