Conditional Custom Questions - show additional questions depending on response to previous question/Show additional questions based on the answer to the previous question

I would like the possibility to have different "levels" of questions, and questions that can be shown or hidden depending on the answer to a previous question.
Ex., in a ticketing form, a first yes/no checkbox question is "Will you require to be accompanied at the event", and then we need to ask for the accompanying person's information, but only if they checked "yes" to the first question.

Please make this feature a top priority. Conditional logic is one of the most important features missing from forms and registrations.
There are countless situations where additional questions should only appear when they are relevant. Without conditional logic, users are forced to scroll through and answer questions that do not apply to them, creating unnecessary friction and form fatigue.
For our nonprofit, we frequently need disclaimers, waivers, acknowledgments, accommodations, membership questions, volunteer questions, and event-specific questions. Many of these should only be shown when certain answers are selected. Likewise, if someone has already agreed to a disclaimer and it has not changed in six months or a year, they should not necessarily be burdened with seeing and responding to the same information every single time.
Conditional logic would create a cleaner, more professional experience, reduce abandoned registrations, improve data collection, and allow organizations to build much smarter forms. The applications extend far beyond our use case and would benefit a large percentage of Zeffy’s users.
This feature would have a significant impact across registrations, memberships, donations, volunteer applications, event signups, retreats, and recurring participants. Please consider moving it much higher on the development roadmap.

IF Statements For Form Questions

When asking donators to select what fund they'd like their donation to go to it would be nice to be able to REQUIRE a follow up question IF a certain selection was made on the first selection.

Leaving a comment to "bump" this up in the feedback item list, hoping to see it get some more upvotes.
I hate that we have to show one or more fields to purchasers that they don't need to fill in if they haven't chosen a specific option. Showing so many potentially unnecessary fields makes the form look much more complex than it is, which can deter users from completing it.

Custom question based on previous answer

I would like to have a custom question based on a previous question's answer. This would be like if a previous question was a single-select question and choice #4 was chosen. I could then have a specific custom question for those who selected choice #4. This feature is similar to the Google Form feature of "Go to section based on answer" as listed as https://support.google.com/docs/answer/141062?hl=en

Conditional custom questions in Events?

If a registrant answers a custom question in with a particular option, we need the ability to ask a follow-up question. Without this, we must stay with Eventbrite. Also, why aren't "Events" a category for feedback and feature requests?

Great suggestion. In our case, we want to offer the possibility of buying a ticket as a gift. If the answer is “Or” to the question “Is this a gift ticket?” ” The boxes that ask for the information of the ticket beneficiary then appear. The beneficiary should also automatically receive their gift ticket by email. Thanks!

I would love to have conditional questions, ex: If you answer this way, you get taken to different subsequent questions

I'd love a feature that asks users questions ONLY if they respond a certain way. Some examples:
Q: Do you have dietary allergies?
- Hidden question to only appear if the answer is YES: what are your allergens?
Q: Would you like us to notify the person this donation is in honour/memory of?
- Hidden question (appears if YES): recipient email
- Hidden question (appears if YES): occasion (MC: birthday, thinking of you, sympathy, etc.)

Date of Birth Age Verification

4 Directions
We sell tickets to events with age restrictions (7-11, 12-17, 18+, etc.)
It would be great if the Date of Birth questions would allow validation for something like this, and prompt the buyer with a warning (eg. This event is only for ages 7-11)

Add conditional logic to form fields

In order for us to move away from other platforms, we need conditional logic in the form custom questions.
