Currently the reply-to is set automatically to the account admin for transactional emails. I'd like to be able to customize it, because we have multiple email addresses.

For the moment, the response address for transactional emails still corresponds to the admin email. I would like to be able to change this setting.

Hi everyone! I wanted to clarify that you can now customize the reply-to email address for newsletters and bulk emails sent from Zeffy, as part of the sending options when setting up a bulk email.
That said, we're leaving this request open for transactional emails, since emails sent automatically such as thank you (confirmation) emails have the admin's email setup as the default reply-to email.

I'm one of a handful of volunteers who responds to emails and it would be very helpful if the reply email address is our organization and not the individual who responded to the email. Thank you.

I fully support this functionality for the many reasons already stated. I am new to Zeffy and setting up our organizational communications and find it surprising that we don't have this option. It will be a super improvement!

We would also like this feature. I am the tech person for our organization and set up all our donations and events through Zeffy, but I am not the person who handles any questions about the events from donors. Since I set up the forms and the email reminders my email is used but donors should not have access to my email address. Now I have to login through another person's email so that the reminders have their email. This negates the advantage of having a personal login to our account and poses more of a security risk since we now have to share passwords.
