Delete entries from “My visitors”/Delete contacts from “My Visitors”

If a user later comes back and complete the form, the "My Visitors" page is not updated with new status. It should reflect the transaction status correctly.

Zeffy logs visitors and marks them with "Incomplete Form", and other status. Would like the ability to delete old ones or those that are "moot".

Please modify the "Visitors" page so we are able to delete visitors. I agree with the many comments I've read on this page.

We should be able to delete notifications, especially if they aren't even accurate. Mine says that the form or payment wasn't completed, but it was. There is no way to make it go away.

As the administrator I should be able to delete any CONTACT or any VISITOR.

Hi Jim! You can delete your contacts individually directly from the contact page. It's not possible to delete visitors so I will merge your request with the existing one.

We do not see anything on how to delete an entry labeled as "Incomplete form" or "Visited page" on the Visitor's page. We understand the intent is to engage the visitor as a follow up; however, there are instances when that visitor has either donated, paid a membership, bought a ticket, etc., via another method and thereby requires no further action on anyone's part. We're just wondering if there's a way to delete those entries.

Sometimes we test forms with fake visitors. It would be nice to delete those entries so we can focus on actual visitors!

Yes, I've noticed this as well. Where someone has come back and completed their form, it still shows as incomplete in the visitor status
