The ability to have more variables in the thank you letter would be great. Including the ticket name, and the ticket description

Yes, more variables such as Member Expire Date would be excellent.

Additional variables would be a huge upgrade.

We use custom questions to be able to set appointment times for certain types of events so being able to have a variable for those custom questions we could include in the various email types would go a long way toward supporter reminders and follow-up.

Variable ideas:

custom question answers
form name
"ticket" amount
extra donation amount
ticket type/name

Totally agree! Zeffynis really a nice platform but this option would be great

Just adding another voice to hopefully get this prioritized. I'd love to move our team to Zeffy, but this is a really crucial element and I think we'll be holding off on making the move until this is implemented.

The donation amount and the donation date are both critical because for 501(c)3's we are required to furnish a letter for all donations over $250 - would still be valuable for all donation sizes but that is a critical element for good recordkeeping etc.

More data merge fields to customize the "thank you" email with information donors fills out on the donation form. Ie. "Thank you for your %Donation Amount% gift" or "Your gift will help %UserDefinedField%"
