I would love to see the option to create an email marketing campaign for donor retention. If we could plug in emails to go out in predesignated intervals with each new donor, it would save our small organization -- with only one person currently at the helm -- a lot of time. Right now, we have to send each email manually through Zeffy, which is time consuming and difficult to keep up with.

Our organization heavily relies on scheduled mass emails for our donors and event attendees. There are many reasons why they need to be created and scheduled, and without this feature on Zeffy, we are forced to use another system that doesn't integrate with Zeffy. This creates a lot of work and defeats the purpose of using the Zeffy platform. We are enjoying Zeffy and hope that the ability to schedule month, date and time of day for mass or single emails will be implemented right away.

For our purposes, I'd like the ability to send out emails to contacts and schedule that email to go out on a specific date and time - it may or may not be associated with an event. When associated with an event, it is usually possible to set the reminder email to accomplish this task, however there are a few cases where this still doesn't meet our needs.
For instance, with many of our virtual events, we close off sales at midnight the day before the event occurs and then on the day of the event, we send the link to join the session to all the registered attendees. As such, the reminder email won't work, because it's only possible to specify the days before the event and we need it to be sent a certain number of hours before the event.
In other cases, the email may not be related to a specific event and as such, it can't be sent using the reminder email funcitonality.

Hi all! Tanya from Zeffy here. It is indeed possible to configure a reminder email for an event in the "Advanced Settings" of the form. It is possible to select how many days in advance this email should be sent before the event and the contents of this email. It will be sent to everyone who has purchased a ticket automatically! (Note: the date in the "General information" section must be indicated in order for this email to send)

I run an event organization where we send out our address and details 24 hours before the event. It would be wonderful if there was an option to schedule this email to go out to all ticket purchasers for a specific event far in advance. Additionally, if anyone purchased a ticket once the email was already sent, a feature to automatically send that email to them would be AMAZING! No more last minute checking and panicking for us! It could function like the confirmation email creation but with the option for user to choose how close to the event the email goes out.
