If someone's ticket is cancelled, I don't want them to receive the reminder email for the event.

This change is desired. It does not make sense for a person who has canceled to receive a reminder

After my events, I have to send a certificate of participation to my participants.
People who have cancelled are automatically added to the mailing list. I would like them not to appear or if there was a way to filter them first
