Thanks to all of you for sharing your feedback!
I'm glad to tell you that we made this change and now the Guest list and Check-in manager display guests ordered by alphabetical order based on last names.
Please let me know if you have additional feedback on it!

Michel (Product @Zeffy) Looks great - here are ways to make it better:
- Include options to display LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME (in addition to how it is now: FIRSTNAME LASTNAME); While you're at it, maybe someone wants the option to sort by Firstname?
- Include option to display names by GROUP (like it used to be a few months ago) so that each name only appears once, and the whole group can be checked in with one tap. Ideally the number of people in each group would be displayed; best would also indicate how many of each ticket type. (1 Adult, 2 Children, etc.)
- Add the Date/Time of that instance of the event to the top of the check-in page. We have multiple instances of the same event running on the same day, and it is easy to get lost as to which guest list we are looking at. (BIG BONUS POINTS if you make it a combo box and allow switching between different date/times on the same page.)

Agreed, being able to sort the check in list by alphabetical order would really expedite the check-in process. First or last name, either one would help. Having the ticket type indicated would help too.

We need the ability to click on the guest lists to sort alphabetically or by date, etc. Thank you!

I would also love to be able to sort alphabetically to make event check in's quicker. We are in a building with poor reception so QR's aren't always going to work.

It's a bit crazy that a list can't be sorted, and yes, sorting by last should be the approach.

Please add the ability to either sort by first or last name or export all of the names in the check-in list. We want to make things faster for check-in.

Yes please, sort by last name! Often the person checking in is another member of the family, not the person who purchased the tickets.
