I have an active form and I want to bulk upload payments I received on that form offline. When I import now, it created a new form.

Great news – You can now import payments directly into existing Zeffy campaigns! 🎉
You can now import historical payments and link them directly to an existing donation form, event, membership, store, or other Zeffy campaign.
Here's what you can do:
- Import historical payments into an existing Zeffy campaign
- Ensure imported payments count toward the campaign's totals and reporting
- Keep all payments for a campaign in one place, regardless of how they were originally collected
- Bulk-generate tax receipts for imported donations when applicable

It would be great if we could merge Campaigns. We are importing outside data in from Etransfers, Or other donations that come in. It is way to slow to manually enter each one and we need to use the import feature. However this creates duplicate Campaigns. as pre your help file!
Or give us the ability to batch move payments to other Campaigns!
Basically if you are not going to support importing to exsiting campaigns, then the next best thing is merging or moving via bulk!

I agree. Need the ability to import into existing Campaigns! If you are worried about traking, then maybe add a Batch number to the import!

It would be very helpful when importing bulk entries to be able to import to an existing form and not have it create new forms every time. Ideally we'd like to be able to see the results of an entire fundraising campaign grouped in one form, even if we are inevitably importing payments from multiple sources.

It would be so much more efficient if historical payment records or collections could be imported directly into existing forms, rather than creating new ones each time! This simple change would reduce clutter, save time, and make managing payments way smoother for everyone. Definitely a game-changer!

We also collect donations by automatic fund transfers/EFT and we get those numbers once a year. It would be ideal if when we did an import to Zeffy all donations would end up on the corresponding active form instead of creating an archived form

We just started using Zeffy. We have a large fundraiser campaign underway with various options to pay. Zeffy, Venmo, cash and check. We want to import our "non Zeffy" donations received to date so they could show within the progress of the campaign form. Separate totals would be fine. I'm constantly getting asked "how are we doing" and have to add up the totals from our different sources. Being able to have that all in the Zeffy dashboard would be huge for us. When I imported using the same form name, it just created a new form instead of associating the payments to the existing form that was already created. I also cannot tell which "new form" is tied to which set of imports easily.
