We're happy to share that membership renewal / expiration emails are now fully customizable! 🎉
You can now customize your membership renewal reminders and expiration notices directly in Zeffy.
Here's what you can do:
- Enable or disable automated membership emails
- Edit the content of renewal reminders and expiration notices
- Add your membership renewal link directly in the email
To get started, head to Campaigns → Edit (next to your membership campaign) → Automated emails.

When the user receives their renewal message, there is no link that allows the member to click on the message generated by Zeffy.
The membership reminder message should contain A LINK to the membership campaign.
We have lost memberships because the user is not able to click on anything in the message.

The membership renewal email should allow the organization to customize it. It could be a template that could be edited with custom wording. Data fields should be available for membership expiration date, reminder if auto-renew is active on membership, and a link to the campaign that is being renewed.

I need to adapt the membership renewal email, because I need to provide my members with a Form to complete in it each year for our gourmet experience card. For all our memberships, our member companies are short on time, so at least provide them with the renewal form link in the email so they don't have to look for it. 3/4 of my businesses won't renew if they have to look for the link.
