Definitely!! Why even let us tag the contacts if we can’t use it in reports!!

I'm using Zeffy to charge for memberships. Given you can only have monthly recurring memberships and can't specify the renewal date, I need to use tags to track whether a payment is for this month or next month. When I export that information is lost.

I agree! This functionality would save a lot of additional data manipulation and comparison for tracking outside Zeffy.

Please make tags available on exports as soon as possible. It would also help for us to be able to select contacts who have more than one tag as one sort. For example, if I want to see only contacts that have the “Spanish” tag AND the “member” tag, I can’t do that right now. Instead, it pulls everyone on each tag. So I can’t look at only those contacts that include both those tags.

Please make this one of you highest priorities. We are importing over 2,000 contacts, and we need a way to segment those contacts by tags when we do exports. We may not have chosen Zeffy if we were aware of this issue.

It's crucial that the ability to export ALL contact form info is enabled as part of your standard export. Tags are especially critical, as they allow users to utilize exported data for fundraising and communication with specific stakeholder groups. It's also important for sound database management as conscientious users who are admins perform regular reviews, corrections and updates to support data reliability.

I've been working with simple and complex digital systems for more than 30 years. A simple report update should be a no brainer. This feature request was first initiated in 2023. While I love the ability to see open feature requests, it would be very valuable to see if requests have made it through the suggestion phase and into development and release. More transparency would be much appreciated.
