For any sale, it would be very practical if a PDF invoice was created automatically in Zeffy and that we could adapt the content of the invoices to include the details and description of the tickets or other information such as taxes included in the ticket price for example and for this invoice to be automatically attached to the thank you email.

Even if the Invoicing is not available, just being able to send a link for payment would be great! We provide consults to physician's patients and insurance takes forever to pay the doctor; and then we are behind them. For a small nonprofit it's really hard.

We are an NPO and it would be very useful for us to be able to send detailed invoices according to the type of tickets purchased including the subtotal of the ticket, the applicable taxes and our tax numbers and the total amount paid. The best would be to be able to send invoices in PDF, but if we could at least adapt the thank you email to each type of ticket, that would already be good. Thanks!
