Many firms and organizations request an invoice before they make a payment. If we can do this through Zeffy, it makes our lives easier and more efficient, especially for organizations that pledge to be sponsors or donors..

I agree, it would be so helpful to be able to send a confirmation invoice with aa link to pay when someone pledges to donate.

Having a copy of the receipt to send with items purchased through the store would be an excellent option.

Having the ability to do invoices would help greatly when you are doing a fundraiser where businesses can pre-order and then pay later off the invoices. My organization currently uses another platform for this but would love to move the fundraiser over to Zeffy.

Not having the ability to print invoices is going to make it difficult to switch to Zeffy from other similar platforms.

Adding my voice to the many for whom a personalized invoicing option would be ideal. We are a nonprofit org who charges tuition for our programs, which is our biggest source of income. Being able to collect the full amount, without cost lost to fees, would be huge for us.

And invoicing through Zeffy would prevent me from having to use that other site with the QB initials!

As others have said, some of our folks need to have an invoice in hand to submit to their payables departments before they can issue payments. Some even ask for an invoice to get an approval. It would be AMAZING if Zeffy had some type of invoicing piece!
