Link & Redirect To Non-Profit's Website

I would like the organization's icon & name to hyperlink to our website (ideally the page containing the Zeffy embedded form). Additionally, I would like our donor's redirected, at a minimum, to a cobranded thank you page that enables them to click to get back to our website, but ideally, I would like to redirect our donors back to our website after their transaction is complete.
