Make managing email templates easier

I'd like to be able to find, edit and manage my email templates more easily. An option could be to have a template tab in the email section.

Yes! This is very much needed.
Or even "drag and drop" email templates - so we know all images are going to be aligned on desktop/mobile automatically.
