We have attendees who forgot to bring their e-tickets at the event. Would like to check them in from the dashboard without having to first open their ticket and scan them from my device. / Lorsqu'un invité oublie son billet électronique, j'aimerais pouvoir scanner son billet manuellement depuis le tableau de bord sans avoir à télécharger le billet et le scanner avec un autre appareil.

At the first event where we used this, the tickets we scanned using QR codes never showed up as checked in on the Guest List or in the Check-in Manager, no matter how many times we refreshed the pages. They're still not marked as checked-in now, over a week after the event date.
But when I click to view the individual purchase info, the tickets do show as scanned (as they did when I scanned the QR code).
Is anyone else having this problem? How can I fix it? We use this info to determine whether or not to hold the show curtain, so it's very important for us. I'd hate to have to go back to downloading the show data at showtime - that was such a cumbersome way to get the information we need.
Editing to add: the 6 tickets I checked in via the Check-in Manager do NOT show as scanned in the event report download, but the QR scanned tickets do. This means we no longer can pull any single report to see whether enough of our audience has arrived, we'd have to manually compare two lists!

Sara, I had the exact same issue at our recent event. We ended up not scanning any of the tickets with the QR codes, and instead just used the check-in manager exclusively, which was slower.
Do we need to post this as its own separate bug? Checkins via QR Code scan and the check-in manager should appear in sync; it shouldn't matter how people checked in.

YAY! this is awesome - thank you Zeffy team! And thanks for allowing it to be shared with volunteers vs only account holders!

Rowan from Zeffy We are so excited for this update. However, some of our "events" are classified as "other sales".... so this fix is not showing for those. How do we get it updated from Other Sales to Events??
Rowan from Zeffy
Hi HRCPOSA! This view is not supporter for 'other sales' types for now. I've added a new request and have you as a voter, you'll be updated if this changes. Thank you for your feedback!

Rowan from Zeffy No, I mean how can I update some of my forms to be "Event" type?
Rowan from Zeffy
HRCPOSA: It's not possible at this time, so we suggest you use the even type for the next forms you create. In the meantime, we'll keep in mind making the option available for all form types. Thank you!!

We would also like to check in manually for those that forgot tickets or got past our scanners lol

Agreed, very important. It would be an even more helpful improvement if we could be more of a manual status option so we could manually "uncheck" them in as well. We often have a large part of our group that scans their QR code in advance and there is currently no way to reset that.

Rowan from Zeffy: this is excellent news. We have a summit coming up in March, and we really need this ability to have a guest list for events with the ability to check them in manually. I am looking forward to this.
