More granular user access / Un accès plus granulaire pour les utilisateurs

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly:
For example
- add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it
- being able to give users access to specific forms
- give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII
- being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

I know how to invite a user, but I would like to set up limited access for them to a specific event.
The user does not want to see other events listed; she should only see her assigned event (the fundraising golf event). Additionally, other users should not be able to view this specific event as well.
I hope you add the feature in the near future.

Yes please! I need to have a hired person be able to sell merchandise at our event without seeing all of our numbers in the back end. this is crucial

I agree. If I want to set up a volunteer to take credit card payments using Tap to Pay or go online to manage tickets at the door to an event, I don't want them to be able to edit that event form, let alone be able to edit EVERY event form.

Currently, I can grant someone access to Forms & Payments. Could these be separated into access to Forms and access to Payments?

Limit user's rights to a specific form for 3rd party fundraisers

When we are running 3rd party fundraisers, We want to give the organiser of the event access to the dashboard to create their forms and follow through during the event without us having to do too much work for them. But we don't want them to be able to edit other forms

I do not want users in my account to be able to refund, cancel tickets, issue tax receipts, etc. but I want them to view my ticketing forms and transactions. // Je ne veux pas que les utilisateurs de mon compte puissent rembourser, annuler des billets, émettre des reçus fiscaux, etc. mais je veux qu'ils puissent voir mes formulaires de billetterie et mes transactions.

⚠️ Need restrict access to forms by team/user role ⚠

I don't want a team member on 1 team to be able to access forms for another team. So I would like to see more user role options when adding new users. The roles I would like are:
Accounting/Administrator= Full access to everything including banking.
Marketing = Full access to everything except banking.
Manager = Full access to everything except banking for a designated team, but no access to any forms created or designated to another team. This means that the Marketing & Accounting roles need access to be able to designate which forms belong under which Manager/Team.
Team Member = Access to team forms, but no financial data.

We absolutely also need this and reached out to Zeffy requesting it as well
There are so many of us who need this functionality to be more fine streamed, having volunteers able to access banking and payment info is NOT at all something we can do for obvious reasons, yet we as non profit organizations are overwhelmed and entirely operate with the help of volunteers.
I truly hope that the Zeffy team changes this function so that volunteer/member admin tasks can be changed more effectively to restrict what they may access while enabling help for our auctions and forms

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly: For example >>
allow users to export/print Payment reports without them having access to add, modify, and refund payments. A "view only" access would be great.
separate accesses for Payments and Forms. We have users who create forms but nothing to do with payments. And, we have some users who only deal with Payments but do not create Forms.

+100!!!! Need more granular access level. I feel it's critical to be able to grant access at the FORM level so that a user can create and manage a form and then view / export only the data is associated with that same form.
My use case: Our NP staff is small and we utilize a lot of volunteers. One of our volunteer groups sells merchandise online and at events. I want that volunteer team to (a) be able to set up and manage a store form - items being sold, inventory, etc. But in order to see the store form, the volunteer can see and edit all of our forms. Likewise (b) in order to export the date to fulfill the orders, the volunteer has access to view ALL of our payment data.
While I'd like to trust our volunteers, they have not been vetted in the same manner as employees and allowing them access to see donors and donor-related data is a problem. The workaround is to do everything myself, but that defeats the purpose of having volunteer crews help us raise money.
