Donors can use different email addresses, and since it's only one email per contact, there can be duplicates. Being able to merge contacts and assign more than one email address per contact.

Some of my contacts have provided both a work email and a personal email. I'd like to be able to contact both at once without having duplicate contacts for each individual email.

This is essential for any CRM to operate. Merge duplicate contact profiles and choose which fields to keep from which. And multiple emails per contact profile. Everyone has multiple emails and no one uses them perfectly consistently. This is a must for organizations that track donor engagement. Please get this on the radar of the development team ASAP!

The majority of our members have multiple addresses it would be nice to have where they could put their mailing address and their location address.

This would be incredibly helpful. Because each email is tied to a different contact, our data needs to be thoroughly "cleaned" after we export it to make sure a donor isn't counted multiple times, otherwise our reports are skewed. Its also makes segmenting communication harder because duplicate contacts can be missed when we go to tag, etc. The lack of ability to host more than one email and phone per contact is currently my biggest headache with the platform.

We definitely need to be able to merge contacts to eliminate duplicates. It's time consuming to have to scrub the contact spreadsheet to eliminate duplicates
