Move donations between all form types (between donation and ticketing)

This would be a great feature. Ideally, should be able to move a dollar amount from a ticketing event to a form, rather than just tied to a specific donor. The use case is an event wherein a total of X was raised, and after expenses, we want to use the balance of Y to move to a form.
