Option to subscribe to newsletter when donating

On donation forms or events, etc. it would be nice if the emails entered were automatically added to the newsletter, or included a checkbox to opt-in or opt-out.

we have a newsletter manual list with an online signup form. Would be great to have new donors and ticket purchasers added to that list automatically, or at least have a question on the ticket form or donor form allowing them to opt in or opt out.

When a donor checks an “Email updates” checkbox on any Zeffy donation form, automatically update their Zeffy contact to Subscribed. Record consent timestamp and source campaign/form on the contact record. Ideally allow a setting to choose All campaigns (default) vs Only selected campaigns later.

Yes, that would be amazing and avoid having to create a special question. Ideally, a link to a subscription form that already exists.

Can the subscription button/request be added after each purchase from any campaign?

Came here to say the same thing. Even if I add a custom question for an opt-in, there is no easy way to see that unless I export a spreadsheet. I can't filter for custom question answers either to see it. There should be an automatic checkbox to opt-in or out.
