Thank you for adding the new pledge feature to your platform. This enhancement is greatly appreciated and will be very helpful for organizations like ours that track multi-year commitments and future giving.
I have a quick question regarding reporting functionality. When a donor submits a pledge through Zeffy, will that pledge appear in the gift and donation reports that we run at the end of each month? If so, could you please clarify how pledges are reflected in the reports and whether there is a way to distinguish pledged amounts from gifts that have already been received?

Great news – Pledges are now live in Zeffy! 🎉
You can now create and track donor pledges directly in Zeffy.
Here's what you can do:
- Create pledges with a due date and automatic reminder emails
- Send donors a pre-filled payment link to complete their pledge online OR mark pledges as paid when payment is received offline
- Track outstanding and completed pledges from your dashboard, with pledges counting toward your fundraising totals, campaign goals, and thermometer

Adding to the Pledge feature requests. We host annual fundraisers, and we take pledges with cards. Would be nice to digitize that whole process and reduce handwriting errors. A digital form to take the pledge (
that must work with auto-fill

We would love to have the capabilities of donation pledges in the format of flat and per unit donations, similar to Anython and 99Pledges. This feature would be great for teams and groups.

I agree! I'd like for there to be a pledge-per-mile/pledge-per-kilometer for walk-a-thons and bike-a-thons, and pledge-per-species for bird-a-thons, etc. And for pledgers to be automatically charged once the fundraising ends, or at least automatically emailed with a button to complete their per-pledge payment.

I would agree. Having the ability to track pledges also helps visually on our giving pages. The thermometer doesn't work properly if we can't record pledges as the total will be incorrect.

It's honestly a little ridiculous that I've been told to come here and vote when getting folks to make pledges can be essential to raising funds. It's a no brainer.
