I would like to pre-set each team's and participant's fundraising goal when they create their campaign.

We are a new foundation and launching our inaugural cycle tour and I would like to pre-set each participant's fundraising goal when they create their campaign. Ideally, I don't want them to be able to change it. Is this possible? Thank you.
