Great news — QuickBooks Online integration is now live! 🎉
You can connect your Zeffy account directly to QuickBooks Online and have your payouts automatically synced as Deposits. Each deposit is broken down by campaign, so your income lands in the right accounts without manual data entry.
Here's what you can do:
Map each campaign to a specific QuickBooks income account, class, and product/service
Additional donations and tax-deductible amounts are separated automatically
To get started, head to Finances → QuickBooks in your Zeffy dashboard and connect your QuickBooks Online account.

Yes! Love this. It will be very important to have a robust way of matching the zeffy contact to the QuickBook customer.

The integration with QBO, while appreciated, needs to have a line for each contribution so customer information can be added, not totaled. The new way, creates more work unfortunately. Applaud the effort, just needs a tweak. Thx
