It is currently only possible to search for a contact by first name, or last name, or email address. We have a lot of donors with the same first or last name so it would be helpful to be able to search by full name.

Rowan from Zeffy, another “bug.” In payment vs contact. Yes, there are 2 Olivier Carons but with different emails. When I search in Contact, only one appears... Where is the other? Thank you

Thanks Jonathan for the extra feedback. This seems due to the fact that “CARON Olivier” is considered to be a compound first name. If you type “Caron Oli” the contact should appear.
Let's see what we can do on our end to ensure that the contact appears when we type part of any compound first name.

Agreed! This was the first thing I tried to do in Zeffy when I went to use the Contacts section and it made it very difficult to search for the donor I was looking for.
