First off, I want to say we truly appreciate your platform and what it allows organizations like ours to accomplish. It has been a great tool for our fundraising efforts.
I wanted to suggest a feature that I believe would significantly improve both user experience and overall sales performance on raffle-based campaigns:
Displaying the number of tickets remaining (QTY available) in real-time.
This feature would be a game changer for a few key reasons:
- Creates urgency and increases sales
When buyers can see that tickets are limited or running low, it naturally encourages quicker purchasing decisions. That sense of urgency often leads to higher conversion rates and increased revenue.
- Reduces buyer frustration
Right now, customers may assume they have time to come back later—only to find the raffle is sold out. This can lead to frustration and missed opportunities. Showing remaining quantity helps set clear expectations.
- Builds transparency and trust
Displaying how many tickets are left reassures buyers that the process is fair and legitimate, especially for raffles with capped entries.
- Encourages repeat engagement
Seeing inventory drop in real-time can keep users coming back to check availability and increases excitement around the campaign.
Even a simple indicator like:
“Only 23 tickets remaining”
or a progress bar showing % sold
would make a huge difference.
I truly believe this enhancement would benefit both organizations using Zeffy and the donors supporting them. It aligns perfectly with maximizing fundraising success while improving the user experience.

It would be interesting to develop this feature so that we can choose AND adjust the number of remaining tickets ourselves.

Hi, whenever I release a ticket form, it always shows how many tickets are left. is there a way to disable this? I really hope there is, since when we have an event, if there are lots of tickets left, people think nobody is going, and it deters them from purchasing. thanks

The new layout for events/tickets used to feature the number of tickets available. This no longer appears when viewing on desktop, unsure about mobile version.
Showing available number if tickets is important to create a sense of urgency for people to purchase when they see lower or limited tickets. Please keep this feature with the new layout.

It would be helpful to be able to enable a feature that displays when a limited number of tickets (for each ticket type) remain. This will help create urgency and show potential buyers how close a ticket type is to selling out. It would be most helpful for the organization to choose the threshold for when to start displaying these numbers (i.e. when there are only 10 General Admission tickets left, or when only 15% of General Admission tickets remain, etc.)

I asked about this same feature. We run raffles for a non-profit and we sell a limited number of tickets. It would be helpful if those that visit the site/form can see how many are left.

How do we bump this?!?!. I asked for this feature in 2022. As well as, a quick sheet/download to have a master list of available spots to view/send to members/ or to community coordinators who are promoting our programs.
