When importing from a CSV file for contacts, it would be nice if Zeffy could determine if there are duplicates and put them in red for us to review. I just imported 120 contacts only to discover that only 13 were new.
I will admit that going through the import list and checking with existing contacts, I discovered multiple emails for the same patrons. I then found out that I could not edit the information - I can't delete one contact, because any receipt or transaction linked to that email will be lost, and I can't merge contacts. Is there any way that people with multiple emails could be merged?
