Many donors find it frustrating to enter their personal information after completing a Tap to Pay donation in order too generate a tax receipt.

Instead, after a payment is made, Zeffy could recognize the credit card if it has been used previously with that charity - or anywhere within the Zeffy platform - and prompt the donor with a confirmation such as:

"Is this you? John Doe – Thornhill, Ontario"

If the donor confirms, Zeffy would automatically link the donation to their existing profile and issue the tax receipt without requiring them to re-enter their name, email address, and mailing address.

Benefit: This creates a much faster and smoother donation experience and ensures donors still receive their tax receipts with minimal effort.
