Tap to Pay in the UK

We have just recently started using zeffy but it is great for people signing up for our fundraising events. I would like to be able to take payments on the door but for some reason the tap to pay app is not available to download in the UK. I was wondering if there was a reason for this and if anything could be done about it?

How many requests do you need before considering a suggestion?
I run a not for profit registered charity in the UK for people in need to buy evouchers so they can buy essentials from supermarkets.
Donors I meet at networking meetings want to donate and it would be great if they could there and then.

Please can you give priority to the tap to pay app as so few people carry cash and while qr codes have a role they are not as effective as a pos sytem. We have tried using Square but have had terrible difficulty with the app on iphones.

I had the pleasure of meeting Seb from Zeffy yesterday, and I raised this very issue. The Tap to Pay app is 100% needed in the UK and will dramatically challenge the competitor platforms in the UK. Please make this change as soon as possible. I believe many organisations transition fully to your platform. Please update us on the deadline.
