We are currently looking outside of Zeffy for a way to bulk text our contacts as feedback from parents is, they do NOT check their emails like they check their texts. So, if Zeffy could offer this, even at a cost... we would be interested!!

I understand that adding Texting for FREE would be challenging… but can we get a built in integration with Twillio (or another provider OUTSIDE Zapier) to be the service provider.

The organization pays for the sends with that provider… but Zeffy triggers the send.

On the zeffy side, it’s integrated like you have with Stripe. And in the campaign you let us turn on or off SMS (like we do with other features)

It WOULD require a contact level field for their SMS number… as well as a checkbox for the donor to OPT-IN to receive them.

***But even WITHOUT offering this (Yet) it would be good to be able to collect that number at Check out.

By making this a built-in integration/ connection, it allows the organization to decide if they want to pay for texting or not.

Generating a text from Zeffy would give us a way to communicate with those people in our database that have not shared their email address. And we could use texting to request they update their contact info.

Text-to-give with a custom code, optional thermometer, and customizable live event page would be VERY useful. The platform Givebutter has a nice live display option.

I agree. This would be a great addition to what Zeffy offers

We would love to have an option for text message reminders for event if a text message option is enabled!

Please, update Zeffy to include the ability to send texts messages to our contacts. People are WAY more apt to read a text vs an email. We're missing many opportunities to contact our donors by only using email.

It would be amazing to have the Text-to-Give feature - with a thermometer - as a fundraising option during an event (gala, luncheon, etc.). Other platforms offer this function however, it would require connecting an entirely separate and different platform, which seems unnecessary when this technology clearly exists and should be integrated into our Zeffy account profile. Connecting that data to other donor data helps us to track who, how often and how much a donor contributes. Please consider adding this technology.
