Texting is increasingly becoming the best way to communicate with my audience in order for them to give and to share information and events. When will you offer this as my emails seem to go to spam or other folders donors do not access or read.

We have more phone numbers and addresses rather than emails on our mailing list. It would be nice to be able to use SMS to send links to newsletters and campaigns.

Yes agreed! Texting donors during campaigns would be helpful, it's one of the reasons a nonprofit I'm part of won't switch from GiveSmart.
