Thank You Emails - Keep Copy

I would love to be able to view the thank you email sent to each person, not just the receipt. It helps when someone can't find their original email and wants a copy. Currently I have to write a new email entirely.

I just created a batch of manual donation receipts for donations received outside of Zeffy and clicked on the 'Send Thank you email' option which usually sends the pre-written Thank You email along with their donation receipt to the donor. However, following up with a few of the donors, they said that they did not receive the email. This worries me that the system is not sending out the emails when we think it has. If we are able to be CC'd on the email sent, then we would be able to confirm that it was indeed sent. Please make this a possibility. Thanks!

I agree - for us, we would like to see/confirm that the Thank you email was indeed sent and in which language they received it (in Quebec, French/English distinction is very important to people). I recently did a manual receipt for a chq received and checked off the box to generate and send a 'French' version of the thank you email but they received an English one instead and sent us an email requesting correspondence in French. Are we also able to see if they opened the email? That would be very helpful too, Thanks!

Hi Cori! Thanks so much for your feedback! You can resend the thank you email, and select who you want to send it to. You can choose to send it to your own email, could this work? Here's how to resend it :)

Rowan from Zeffy: Thanks! Yes I know where the receipt is. I'm talking about the acknowledgement. Maybe... is there a way to cc it to me each time this happens?

Cori: yes, if we could set up a default email address to receive the CC email, that would be excellent!
