We need to be able to send thank you email by ticket type since we do both in-person & Zoom for the same event. We can't send them the Zoom link as it is currently set up.

It would be great if we could create a different thank you email for ticketing, donations etc.

The option to create different thank you emails based on the type fo ticket or donation combination they choose would be helpful to non profits holding free events where a donation is not required.

The email sent to the form owner needs to be different too, based on whether it is a ticket sale, donation or free registration

Yes, please. I think it's very important to respond differently for different events in order to keep donors engaged.

Ay update on this request. In the absent of a functioning waitlist option, we need the ability to have different thank you emails/confirmation emails by ticket type especially when using the waitlist workaround.

Please add this feature!! I would love to move my entire e-commerce store to Zeffy so that ALL of our transactions can be in the same please. This is the missing piece. 🙏🏽

Some tickets or items require different information to be sent to the donor/buyer after their purchase. For example, if I am selling a digital product in my online store, I want to add a different attachment to my confirmation email

I would like to be able to send out different thank you emails for members. E.g. if they are a new member vs. a returning member/ I would like to be able to send different thank you emails for members. For example, if it is a new member or an old member.
