Agree very much with what other users have said below. The default tip at 17% is exhorbitant and easy to miss especially for people who aren't as savvy on the computer. It feels duplicitous and dishonest and requires much explaining to donors to help them avoid it. I would prefer an option to choose fees as a default like Givebutter or clarity in tip process with default toggled off like GiveLively. I will also need to switch platforms if this is not changed. We very much appreciate the aspiration and mission of Zeffy and would like to see it succeed.
