On the contact, the user can only see communication sent through Zeffy. I would like to add to the grid when I talk to someone in person or call them.

Also a field for when to follow up.

Don't forget texting. We need to track if we called the donor, texted then, emailed them, or sent them a letter via the postal service. We also need Zeffy to provide the ability to bulk text several hundred donors the same communications individually without creating a group chat situation.
