I would like to be able to easily transfer a ticket to a different date, instead of having to issue a refund and asking the customer to re-purchase.

You can now transfer tickets between dates within a given campaign.
Go to your campaign > payments > click on the payment. In the actions on the top right, you'll have the option to transfer tickets.
Please note that this new feature requires transferring all the tickets in the purchase and can only be transferred between dates of the same event campaign.

This limitation make this feature pretty useless for our application. We need the ability to change between different (but similar) event campaigns.

Yes.. I had this issue with two separate people this weekend. It got really confusing. Also, when exporting an event with multiple dates, the export doesn't allow showing who is coming on which day.

We'd like to be able to not only transfer people's tickets from one person to another, but we'd like this feature to be self serve with a cut-off date to get it done.

Are there any plans to take in person donation via card in the UK, this would be a great help. 90+% of our donations are taken this way.

Agreed - this would alleviate a lot of 'touches on transactions' as people change who's coming to our events - so want the ability to transfer a ticket to a new guest at the same event.
