We are a PTA, and need to financial access to only those that have been approved in the organization. For items like reporting, the current process is manual and clunky with Zeffy because only authorized board members can run the reports. So currently, the treasurer must run all Zeffy reports (because there is no view-only option), and then send reports to committees.

Ideally, each chair/campaign owner would be able to have a view access level of the campaign and run their own reports without requiring someone with financial authorization.

Please add a view-only feature to campaigns. We are a PTO and certain campaigns are managed by parent chairpersons. We want them to have the ability to view purchase details on the campaigns they manage, yet do not want them to have editing permissions.

Please add a view-only feature. We are a nonprofit that supports a state park, and we want the park staff to be able to see how many guests to expect for the ticketed nightly events, but they shouldn't have editing permissions.

This feature is a necessity! We are a school and I would love for coaches and club advisors to view their own campaigns, but we cannot have them add new campaigns on their own.

Indeed, what's the point of giving a user access to a campaign, but they don't see it unless they can edit it. In my case, I want a user to be able to manage a merch table where they will need to mark products as delivered, or enter new purchases, but they shouldn't see how much has been raised.

Basically, they should not have access to the Overview page (or To-do's for that matter), but at least the items list so they can search for products users have preordered and "mark as delivered". Having a customer invoice number on their email invoice that would be visible in the Items list page for a quick finding of all items in one order would be beneficial.
