I would like this option for our bookkeeper who needs access for accounting data but does not need to be able to edit payments etc.

View only would be very helpful. I have volunteers who I would like to monitor the answers to custom questions but not have access to change anything.

HI, read-only access is critical for segregation of duties. We have a lot of people helping organize and manage campaigns and events but not all of them should have edit rights to modify ticket purchases etc.
