The new Volunteer "form" is terrible and confusing. A link to a fillable form that sends an email to our admin would be great for people who are interested in volunteering. Having a calendar that I can put volunteer opportunities on that volunteers can access with a login and password to sign up would be perfect. Being able to track volunteer hours would be nice. For people who get credit at work or need proof of volunteering a form of a receipt that my organization can send out after the fact would also be useful.

I agree - really need volunteer management that doesn't mush the volunteers up with donors. Using an Event form as a kludge for volunteer sign ups is really klunky and results in the volunteers getting "tickets"? and the management of time slots for various roles at an event is still all manual? Yuck! Please build us something better as Samantha describes!

A volunteer sign up form is critical to nonprofit work. Such a form without a "$" sign is needed to organize work for multiple events. Having the form in Zeffy ties people to the contact list which turns them into donors. We dont need another platform to do this work. It can be done in Zeffy and all parties win!

Is this ever going to happen or at least the ability to capture interested volunteers without having it be an event or a fee? If this isn't possible I'll need to switch off of this platform.

Please add a separate form template for signing up volunteers. Using the ticket for for this looks unprofessional as you cannot hide the number of tickets UI which is irrelevant when signing up volunteers

Add a generic questionnaire which does not look like a event sale or fundraising so that we can send a waiver type form to our participants
