We would love to see a calendar-based scheduling feature added to Zeffy.
We run a respite care program where families are matched with volunteers based on availability. It would be helpful if volunteers could input their available dates and times, and families could view and book those time slots directly. Having admin controls and automatic confirmations would also help keep everything organized.
Right now, scheduling is done manually outside of Zeffy, which takes extra time and can lead to confusion. An integrated calendar and booking system would streamline the process and improve the experience for both volunteers and families.
This type of feature would benefit many service-based nonprofits that rely on coordinating people and schedules, making Zeffy an even more complete platform.

It would be great to have a dedicated area for volunteer-related activities, including recruitment, retention, recorded hours, and customized perks to help volunteers meet "hours donated" benchmarks.

I agree, getting a list of names is not helpful for a 3 day event with 10+ areas that need filling. I would really like to schedule.
